Building Blocks for Africa is a 5K and 1 mile "block"
walk to raise funds for Maximum Impact School in Nairobi, Kenya. Maximum Impact is a primary and secondary school that caters to orphaned and impoverished children. Maximum Impact is currently renting a building, but due to the high cost of rent they have had to lay off teachers, cannot always afford to feed lunch to all of their students (often the children's only meal), and frequently face eviction. Our goal is to raise enough money to build Maximum Impact a permanent school of their own, but we can't do it without your help! So, what can you do? |
